Suspension

Showa 41mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) inverted forks improve sports handling and heavy braking by dividing the functions - Big Piston pressure separation damper in one leg, spring mechanism in the other - to maximise both reactions to changes in the road surface and overall ride quality.

Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS)

The Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HVCS) connects the rider to their smartphone while they are on the move, allowing phone calls, messages, music, and navigation. The smartphone communicates with the dash via Bluetooth, and HSVCS management via buttons on the left switchgear.

TFT Digital Display

The 5" full-colour high-visibility screen displays four types of speed/rpm displays - analogue or bar, depending on rider preference - as well as a fuel gauge/consumption, riding mode selection/engine parameters, gear selected, and a customisable shift-up point on the tachometer.

New Steel Diamond Frame

The steel diamond frame of the Hornet weighs only 16.6kg. An advanced technological process has resulted in a massively strong platform, with rigidity balanced to deliver feel and geometry optimised for agility - exactly what the all-new engine requires to achieve an impressive power-to-weight ratio.

Brakes

Dual front 296mm discs and Nissin radial-mount, 4-piston callipers deliver impressive stopping power, with excellent progressive feel through the lever. The rear brake is made of a 240mm disc.

Selectable Riding Modes

"SPORT" delivers maximum performance with minimal intervention. "STANDARD" is a well-balanced setting for daily use. "RAIN" provides the least aggressive power delivery for added reassurance on wet or slick surfaces. "USER" allows you to customize the settings to your liking and save them for future use.
