With a race-based engine and chassis tuned for street use, the Ninja ZX-6R provides thrilling riding in a variety of riding conditions. Although it has a lot of potential for track riding enjoyment due to its roots, its street-riding focus makes it the best 600cc-class supersport for a day of riding over mountain passes or in canyons.

The Ninja ZX-6R's larger displacement of 37 cc provides real-world riding excitement with more performance across the rpm range. It offers stronger low- and mid-range torque for increased usability in various riding situations.
Great chassis feedback, flickable handling, mid-corner composure, and the ability to change lines on command are all made possible by the Ninja ZX-6R's race-developed perimeter frame.
This cutting-edge fork combines the ideas of Showa SFF and BPF to provide both racetrack performance and daily usability. The separation of preload and damping (compression and rebound) makes setup easier.
Radial-mount monobloc calipers offer firm lever feel, while radial-pump front brake master cylinder and large ø310 mm front disc brakes ensure strong braking. Lightweight caliper and ø220 mm rear disc brake provide rear wheel control. Family image enhanced by Ninja ZX-10R-like round discs.
Sport riders benefit from an intuitive fit that makes them feel comfortable right away. For improved rider feedback, the tank, seat, and rear frame provide good contact with the bike.
The new 4.3" all-digital TFT colour instrumentation gives the cockpit a high-end, high-tech look. The new metre has several features that were not available on the previous model, including smartphone connectivity.
Three modes provide improved sport riding performance or the assurance to confidently traverse low-traction surfaces in specific situations, spanning a broad spectrum of riding conditions.
It is easy to choose a power mode (Full or Low Power) and traction control level (Sport, Road, Rain, or Rider (manual)) to fit the riding conditions at hand thanks to the four integrated riding modes.
Highly effective braking with little interference is guaranteed by Kawasaki's supersport-grade high-precision brake management system, which was created to account for the unique handling characteristics of supersport motorcycles.
Sport riding is made more enjoyable by clutchless upshifts made possible by standard equipment quick shifters.
The Ninja ZX-6R features compact hybrid projector/reflector headlights with mono-focus LED technology and deep-set reflectors. The front cowl has a layered design with winglet-style inlets and angled chin spoilers.
The Ninja ZX-6R's short windscreen adds to its supersport appearance. The front cowl supports the windscreen sides, just like on the Ninja ZX-10R. In order to lessen buffeting when riding at high speeds, holes in the windscreen release pressure buildup behind the screen.
The front and side cowls, like the tail cowl, have a 3D effect thanks to interwoven layers, and the numerous layers enhance the elegant design. The sleek, flowing bodywork hints at the Ninja ZX-6R's street-focused supersport performance and draws the eye from head to tail.
