5 SpeedThe Speed Twin 900 combines classic design with modern engineering, making it an ideal choice for weekend getaways and daily commutes. Its responsive power and dynamic handling provide an exhilarating riding experience, while the distinctive sound of the Bonneville Twin engine enhances the excitement.
It features a low seat height and a comfortable, upright riding position that instills confidence in every rider, regardless of the journey. With various customisation options, you can showcase your unique style, while the bike's premium details and sleek design ensure that you stand out wherever you go.
The Speed Twin 900 merges classic British design with a modern look, featuring a sculpted fuel tank, chiselled side panels, and brushed aluminium accents. Its minimalist mudguards, slim rear frame, and vintage-inspired cooling fins contribute to its timeless appeal.
The Speed Twin 900 has a classic appearance but features a modern chassis for an exciting ride. The bike offers a relaxed riding position with a low seat height of 780mm and a comfortably padded bench seat that holds the rider in place during acceleration. An optional low seat reduces the height to 760mm for added confidence during slow maneuvers.
The chassis offers an ideal balance of comfort and control, featuring Marzocchi upside-down forks, twin rear suspension on a lightweight aluminium swingarm, a powerful radial front brake with a 320mm disc, and lightweight wheels with Michelin Road 5 tyres for a smooth ride on any surface.
The Speed Twin 900 features a sleek exhaust system with stainless-steel headers and twin compact silencers, giving it a unique look. The High Torque Bonneville twin engine delivers 65 PS power at 7,500 rpm and 80 Nm torque at 3,800 rpm, providing a thrilling ride on city streets or open roads.
The Speed Twin features a 4-piston radial front calliper and a large 320mm brake disc for strong and precise braking. The Optimized Cornering ABS and traction control adjust based on lean angle for added stability and confidence, particularly in challenging road conditions and tight corners.
The LCD instrument panel on the motorcycle gives key information like speed and gear, while a colour TFT display offers extra information and compatibility with accessories like heated grips. LED lighting provides optimal visibility and a modern touch to the classic design, with a distinctive DRL light signature in the headlight and a discreet LED taillight.
The Speed Twin 900 offers two riding modes, Road and Rain, which adjust performance for different conditions. Throttle response is optimized for everyday riding and wet surfaces. This technology ensures a smooth and enjoyable ride in any situation.
The new Speed Twin 900 comes with an A2-compliant restrictor kit, allowing new riders to enjoy the same style and ride with reduced power. Riders can easily remove the restrictor once they upgrade their license to restore full power, enabling the bike to adapt to their growing experience.
