With a punchy 700cc crossplane twin engine, plush ride and modern styling, the MT-07TR Tracer 700 opens up touring to LAMS riders and those who simply know what handling, balance and power-to-weight ratio are all about. Ride to work. Ride all day. It’s the bike for every reason.

The MT-09TR Tracer 900 plugs Yamaha’s proven 3-cylinder concept into a sharp-handling sports tourer that makes every ride a thrill. The Assist & Slipper clutch smooths downshifts. A 3-mode Traction Control System gives rider confidence on every surface. And it’s all wrapped up in refined bodywork that’s very easy on the eye. For those seeking even more there’s the Tracer 900 GT, loaded with full colour TFT instruments, quickshifter, cruise control, fully adjustable suspension and standard hard panniers.

As reassuring to ride as it is radical to behold, the Yamaha Niken puts two wheels up front along with the ability to lean, carving up turns with amazing feel, unmatched traction and incredible braking power. Powered by a triple-cylinder 847cc engine with its roots in the legendary MT-09, there’s ample power and torque, augmented by cruise control, D-Mode engine mapping, Traction Control, an A&S clutch and quick shifter. It’s packaged in a hybrid steel and aluminium frame and dressed in distinctive, sporty bodywork with more than a hint of its cousin the YZF-R1. For truly Grand Touring, the next level Niken GT includes high screen, heated grips, cruise control, comfort seat and semi-soft panniers as standard.

Silky smooth but with big-bore power befitting a supersports bike, the FJR1300AE is capable, comfortable and very refined. This flagship sports tourer punches out enormous torque through a whisper quiet, helically-cut six speed transmission. There’s a Assist and Slipper clutch, lean angle sensitive LED lighting and a 25-litre fuel tank for enormous range. Suspension is electronically adjustable via handlebar controls, as is the new, intuitive cruise control. Rapid, comfortable and loaded with rider tech, the latest generation of this legendary sports tourer simply leaves everything else in its wake.
