The unique formula of a high-torque 890cc CP3 engine, lightweight aluminium chassis, natural ergonomics, and luggage-ready design makes sure that the Tracer 9 GT+ is ready to get up and go whenever required.
Featuring fully integrated cutting-edge electronics including a millimetre wave radar, Adaptive Cruise Control, radar-linked Unified Brake System, electronic suspension, and intelligent riding modes, as well as connected TFT instruments and fully integrated for Garmin navigation – the new Tracer 9 GT+ is ready to introduce a new era of control that will take the Sport Touring experience to the next level.
The Tracer 9 GT+ has a powerful Yamaha 890cc CP3 engine, delivering strong and linear torque. It's equipped with Yamaha's APSG and YCC-T for excellent response and a natural feeling. Perfect for touring or commuting.
Tracer 9 GT+ offers three screen themes for riders to choose from, each conveying a unique feeling to suit personal preferences and riding styles. The TFT high luminosity meter presents a clean, sporty or visually inspired design to match the rider's choice.
Yamaha's Tracer 9 GT+ has Adaptive Cruise Control with four distance settings to maintain a fixed distance from the vehicle ahead.
Tracer 9 GT+ has a hydraulic system that distributes braking force to both wheels. It also features a radar-linked system that assists braking and adjusts front/rear braking bias based on the distance to the vehicle in front.
The Tracer 9 GT+ has a new millimetre wave radar that powers Adaptive Cruise Control and the Unified Brake System. The radar detects the distance of the vehicle in front of the motorcycle and weighs only 200g. It is located behind a protective cover at the front of the bike.
The Tracer 9 GT+ has a 7-inch screen with 3 display styles and Garmin Navigation. The MyRide App provides access to your phone for music and notifications. You can also view texts when parked.
The KADS suspension system, developed with KYB, offers both sporty performance and a comfortable ride. It's controlled by a 6-axis IMU and can be set in Sport or Comfort mode, adjusting damping forces to match the riding conditions.
This new cutting-edge Sport Tourer is the first Yamaha to be equipped with the third-generation quickshifter, which gives an even wider range of functionality by allowing clutchless upshifts when accelerating and clutchless downshifts when decelerating, even when the ACC is active.
The rider's seat has been improved for comfort with new padding and a revised shape. The flagship Sport Tourer now has a more refined and comfortable feel with a new leather-style cover.
As standard, the Tracer 9 GT+ is equipped with fully integrated heated grips and touring hard cases, each able to contain a full-face helmet, LED lighting, including cornering lights, and a centre stand, providing the ultimate foundation for long-distance touring.
