Bridge the gap to full-size bikes with the KX112 motocross bike. We’re pushing the limits with a larger 112 cc two-stroke engine on this supermini. With a winning formula of proportionate power, increased reliability, and a chassis that has been optimised, prepare your aspiring rider to switch to big bikes.
The high-performance 84cc two-stroke engine produces crisp, responsive power and offers proven durability to finish each ride with confidence. A close-ratio six-speed transmission and manual clutch allow aspiring racers to hone their shifting skills.
Power and torque are improved across the rev range, with peak power approximately 5% greater. Special care was taken to increase low-end torque, which is key to achieving a racer-friendly engine character.
Complementing the increased power of the KX112 engine is an all-new 6-speed transmission.
Front and rear suspension can be tuned to the rider’s preference. The 36mm inverted cartridge fork offers adjustable compression damping and 275mm of travel. In the rear, the Uni Trak suspension features 275mm of travel and has adjustable compression, rebound, and preload.
A 220mm petal brake rotor in the front and a 184mm petal brake rotor in the rear offer progressive braking performance for confident riding. The petal design reduces unsprung weight while also helping to keep the brake pads clean and cool. The result is consistent braking performance with a firm feel.

Shrouds designed to accommodate a wider range of riders make it easier for riders to find a good fit on the bike. The new shroud design also directs air to the radiator more efficiently, contributing to cooling performance.
A choice of six positions allows riders to tailor their riding position.
