Introducing Triumph's All-New TF 450-RC Edition: It comes with an all-new 450cc competition engine, boasting the strongest power-to-weight ratio in its class. Developed in close collaboration with motocross legend Ricky Carmichael, it features RC’s handpicked specs and signature components, all designed to deliver relentless performance and ultimate control.
Triumph’s first 450cc competition powertrain is all-new, compact, mass-optimized, and built to take the holeshot. The engineering, design, and equipment work harmoniously to provide class-leading power, control, and flexibility.

The TF 450-RC features a lightweight 4-stroke powertrain with a single-cylinder, SOHC 450cc engine designed for racing. It offers robust power, a quickshifter for clutchless upshifts, and top-tier components for strength and durability at high speeds.
The 450cc engine features a fully machined combustion chamber for optimal airflow and efficiency. DLC-coated rockers reduce friction for improved efficiency and longevity. The 450 airbox and intake system ensures consistent high airflow, paired with a durable TwinAir air filter. Tool-free filter access makes maintenance easy in rugged conditions.
The TF 450-RC features a high-performance exhaust system with a lightweight stainless-steel exhaust and an integrated resonator for improved cylinder evacuation. An Akrapovič titanium exhaust is available for even higher performance, minimizing backpressure and enhancing engine performance, especially at high RPMs.
The 450cc engine has a narrow profile for better ergonomics and is housed in lightweight magnesium covers for reduced weight. The high-capacity clutch features a steel basket and plates designed for racing durability, with hydraulic clutch actuation for smooth and consistent control.
The TF 450-RC features ODI RC4 Signature handlebars made from triple-butted, tapered wall tubing for strength and flex. Constructed from seamless 2014-T6 alloy and hard-anodized for enhanced durability, the bars provide excellent rider comfort, vibration dampening, and impact resistance with oversized clamps and half-waffle ODI lock-on grips.
The top engine mounts on the TF 450-RC were hand-picked by Ricky to enhance handling, especially under heavy front-end loads. This setup ensures the bike maintains optimal control and stability during even the most demanding rides.
The TF 450-RC features Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, offering excellent control and durability across various terrains. With Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT) and advanced mud evacuation, these tyres ensure consistent performance even in challenging conditions.
The TF 450-RC features D.I.D. DirtStar rims and Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, provide excellent impact resistance, stability, and superior traction for optimal grip and performance on any track.
The TF 450-RC features premium braking components for maximum control. Brembo callipers and levers provide precise, responsive braking, while Galfer discs offer durability and excellent heat dissipation. This combination ensures smooth, reliable braking performance, even under heavy use, giving riders confidence and control in all racing conditions.
