Oxford Commuter Muffs protect hands from wind, rain, and UV and are easy to use when wearing gloves. They are made from water-resistant neoprene fabric with bonded seams and feature an adjustable windproof wrist protector. Designed to be a universal fit for all sizes of bike handlebars.
