Good item very useful although could be made of stronger materials

Poor. I’m a repeat Ventura customer having used the system on 2 of my previous bikes to great effect but the design for the 2019+ BMW S1000RR is unfit for purpose in my view. During my trip the bolts beneath the tail sheared off during transit and I only discovered upon my arrival. Luckily the other fixings had managed to hold the rack together so that the bag was still in place. I had only loaded the bag to the stated limit (which I only learned after purchase).
