The Suzuki V Strom 650 is a fun machine that is more than capable of producing lots of great adventure activities on a middle-weight platform.

Yoshimura now makes that fun go further with a Race Series 3/4 system made with nothing more than performance in mind. The results were what you might expect from the leader in performance. A weight savings of 7 pounds from the stock unit and an HP gain of 5%max and a torque curve that adds 6% max to the Suzuki Adventure machine. Sound insert included.

Fitted the exhaust and noticed the oxygen sensor port had been tapped crooked and weld spatter around the port. Warranty information directed me to report through Bikebiz which I intended to do, but not before I sent an email to Yoshimura telling them what I thought about the workmanship. Surprisingly Yoshimura responded straight away, telling me they were sending a shipment to Serco that day and a replacement part would be in that shipment for me. They told me Serco would be in touch shortly. All this occurred on the 9th of December. Still waiting.
