Balanced, natural, and confidence-inspiring, the Speed Twin is built for the curves. Roomy, comfortable, and engaging, the Speed Twin 1200 places the bars at your fingertips, with a seat height of 810mm and natural footpeg position, ensuring an easy and intuitive ride.
The Speed Twin 1200 features 43mm Marzocchi USD forks, high-spec twin Marzocchi rear shocks with remote reservoirs, radial brake callipers, and Metzeler Sportec M9RR tyres on lightweight cast aluminium 7-spoke wheels.
The legendary Bonneville twin features a 1200 cc engine with 105 PS peak power at 7,750 rpm and 112 Nm torque at 4,250 rpm. It also has a distinctive sound from the twin 'megaphone' silencers.
The latest technology has been carefully incorporated for greater confidence in all conditions. Lean-sensitive Optimised Cornering ABS and Traction Control provide peace of mind across different surfaces and riding conditions, with two riding modes — Road and Rain — tailored for a pure riding experience.
The instrument dial features a large LCD screen for riding information and a colour TFT screen for rider modes and bike functions. It is compatible with turn-by-turn navigation and phone connectivity and has a USB-C charging socket for mobile devices.
