The all-new Speed Twin 1200 RS features a nose-down attitude, top-spec suspension components, a premium suede seat, and a sleek design with a muscular fuel tank and sculpted side panels. The engine casings are angular and framed by black powder coating, with twin upswept 'megaphone' silencers.
NOTHING COMES CLOSE
When it comes to having fun in the twisties, the RS is a class apart with thoroughly modern handling. The ‘nose down’ attitude, with lower handlebars placed further forward and higher, rear-set footpegs, pushes weight over the front and sets you up to fully exploit the sporty geometry.
The legendary Bonneville Twin features a 1,200 cc engine with 105 PS peak power at 7,750 rpm and 112 Nm torque at 4,250 rpm. It also has a distinctive sound from the twin 'megaphone' silencers.
The Speed Twin 1200 RS is the first Bonneville Twin to feature Triumph Shift Assist for rapid gear changes without using the clutch lever. This complements the bike's power delivery and character, whether you're using low-end torque, revving up to the red line, or downshifting into bends.
The instrument panel features a large LCD screen displaying key riding information and an integrated colour TFT screen for rider modes, bike functions, and navigation. It also has a USB-C charging socket for mobile devices.
